Short-Term Rentals in Gold Beach?
Home owners and guests, please note that short-term rentals (less than 30 days) are not allowed within Gold Beach.
Although our current covenants were written well before the trend/term of short-term rentals, they specifically state that ‘No lot shall be used except for residential purposes.’ Short-term rentals do not meet that rule.
